Where do you detail my car?
Wherever it's parked. Gantt Auto Detail is fully mobile, so we come to your home or workplace in the Tallahassee area.
How does the deposit work?
A deposit of 33% of your total, with a $25 minimum, holds your appointment. The remaining balance is paid in person once your detail is finished.
Which package should I choose?
Express is a quick exterior wash. Signature adds the interior basics and is our most popular. Ultimate is a complete interior and exterior detail. The Deep Clean adds carpet shampoo and extraction, seat-specific deep cleaning, and hybrid ceramic protection. Not sure? Text us a photo and we'll recommend one.
How do maintenance plans work?
Start with a Signature, Ultimate, or Deep Clean detail at the regular price. After that, we come back once a month or twice a month for a maintenance wash and interior refresh, billed monthly. Plans cover one vehicle and include priority scheduling.
How long will my detail take?
Express takes at least 45 minutes, Signature at least 1 hour 30 minutes, Ultimate at least 2 hours 15 minutes, and The Deep Clean at least 3 hours. Detail times can vary depending on how dirty the vehicle is.
What are your hours?
Monday through Saturday, 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM. We're closed on Sunday.
Why can't I pick certain times?
Times that overlap another appointment are unavailable. We also leave 30 minutes of travel time between appointments so we arrive on time for yours.
Why might my price be higher?
Listed prices assume normal use. Excessive dirt, stains, trash, sand, or a neglected vehicle may require an additional charge.
Do I need to be there?
Only for a minute at the start and end so we can get access to the vehicle and walk through the finished result with you.
